HOW IT WORKS

CORPORATE REGISTRATION
A corporation will create the corporate account, including all corporate account information such as the number of employees to participate, geographic location, etc. The individual employees will receive email(s) that direct them to verify and set up their individual accounts. All individual information requested is held completely confidential.

COMPLETE THE SURVEY
Once Employees have their individual accounts created, they should complete the requested survey. The survey is confidential and no personally identifying information will be released by the CCI website or placed into the CCI report(s).

RECEIVE REPORT
Once all employees have completed the CCI, a complete report is able to be generated and can be utilized by a corporation's management team. The report will cover all aspects of the CCI and how it applies to the corporation.
Employees may also log into their account and generate comparative reports on how their scores relate to the corporate culture of their employer.
